Booking & Payment

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure are eligible for a refund.

Cancellations within 24 hours may not be refundable.

For airport pickups, we monitor inbound flights and adjust accordingly when possible.
If your flight is significantly delayed, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll coordinate next steps.

We accept all major credit cards at checkout through our secure online booking system.

Your total fare is shown clearly at checkout before payment is completed.
Any additional luggage or specialty equipment fees are displayed prior to confirmation.

Groups & Special Requests

Private transfers may be available depending on vehicle availability and scheduling. Please mention your request in the booking form and we’ll confirm options with you.

We do our best to accommodate groups on the same vehicle when possible. Group size and luggage must be declared in advance so we can plan appropriately.

Pickup & Scheduling

Pickup locations are confirmed in advance and may include hotels, vacation rentals, or designated meeting points depending on your location and route for the day.

Your confirmed pickup time will be provided in advance. Please be ready at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time to keep all passengers on schedule.

Luggage & Sports Equipment

Each passenger is typically allowed one suitcase and one carry-on. Additional luggage or oversized items must be declared during booking so we can plan vehicle capacity accordingly.

Yes — skis and snowboards are welcome, but they must be declared when booking so we can ensure adequate space and safe loading.

Please list any special items in the booking form notes. This allows us to plan appropriately and avoid last-minute loading issues.
