West Express Shuttle is a door-to-door airport shuttle service operating between Canmore, Alberta
and Calgary International Airport (YYC). Every person who receives an SMS from us has personally
booked and paid for a shuttle journey.
Opt-in happens on our online booking form at
westexpressshuttle.com. In the
“Your Details” step, after entering their name, phone number and email,
the customer is shown a checkbox. It is not pre-ticked, and the customer must
actively tick it to consent:

The checkbox is unticked by default.
Consent is optional — customers who do not tick it can still complete their
booking and receive all information by email instead.
The customer’s answer is recorded on their order as SMS Consent: Yes or
SMS Consent: No, giving a per-customer record of consent.
We do not buy, rent or import phone numbers. Every number is entered by the customer
during their own booking.
What messages we send
Messages are transactional and relate only to a journey the recipient has booked.

Frequency
Up to three messages per booking: one confirmation and two pickup reminders. We do not send
recurring or scheduled marketing campaigns. Typical volume is well under 100 messages per month.
Opting out and getting help
To stop messages: reply STOP to any message. You will be
unsubscribed immediately and will receive no further SMS. You can also reply
UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or
QUIT.
